Privacy notice

Last updated October 2026

This notice explains what this website collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: no tracking cookies, no analytics, and the details you send us are used only to respond to you.

When you browse

  • We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain.
  • Our application logs record the time, the page requested, the response status and how long it took. They don't record your IP address. Our hosting provider may keep standard network logs for security.

When you use Ask Nashmi

The solution navigator runs entirely in your browser. What you type isn't sent to us unless you choose Send this brief to Petra, which copies it into the contact form so you can review it before submitting.

When you contact us

If you submit the consultation form, we store:

  • Your name, work email and message, plus your company, timeline and areas of interest if you provide them.
  • How you reached the form (for example, from Ask Nashmi or a practice page).
  • A reference number and the time of your request.
  • A one-way, salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser's user-agent string, to help us spot spam and abuse.

To limit repeated submissions, your IP address is held briefly in server memory and is never written to disk.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry, arrange a consultation and prepare any proposal you ask for.
  • To keep the website and form secure and free of spam.

We process this information to take steps you have asked for before any contract, and for our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and protecting this site. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website, such as our hosting provider, under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it. We keep inquiry records only as long as we need them to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information you sent us. Reply to any email from us, or send a request through the contact form, and we'll act on it promptly. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
